Static Equipment Lead Engineer — Hybrid Global Projects

Saipem is seeking a Static Equipment Lead Engineer to join the ENCAR Business line in Milan on a hybrid basis. You will lead and coordinate all engineering activities for static equipment on assigned projects, ensuring compliance with technical requirements, budget, schedule, and quality. The role requires a Master’s or Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, 5+ years of international contracting experience, English at least B2/C1, and travel willingness.
