We are seeking a well-connected and experienced individual from the textile sector to collaborate with us as a Business Partner across Italy or other European regions. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who possess strong market relationships and are interested in developing sustainable international business collaborations.
Our company specializes in textile sourcing, bridging the gap between dependable manufacturers and global buyers, including brands, retailers, wholesalers and importers. The selected partner will play a key role in expanding our presence by bringing in new clients and generating business opportunities within the European market.
This is a partnership-based role with a profit-sharing structure rather than a fixed salary. The partner will earn 50% of the profit from the business they successfully generate, ensuring a transparent and mutually rewarding collaboration.
Core Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with potential buyers, brands, importers, wholesalers and retailers throughout Italy and Europe
- Present and promote our textile sourcing services to prospective clients
- Build and nurture long‑term professional relationships within the industry
- Assist in facilitating negotiations and coordinating agreements between clients and suppliers
- Provide insights on market trends, pricing dynamics and competitor activities
- Maintain regular communication regarding leads, pipeline progress and business developments
- Represent the company in a professional manner across all interactions
Candidate Profile / Requirements
- Located in Italy or any European country
- At least 2–3 years of experience in textiles, sourcing, sales or business development
- Established network with buyers, brands, importers, wholesalers or retail businesses
- Background in merchandising, exports, sourcing or textile supply chains
- Strong skills in communication, negotiation and relationship management
- Proficiency in English and Italian (additional European languages are a plus)
- Self‑driven mindset with a professional and ethical approach
- Willingness to work in a performance‑based, profit‑sharing partnership model
