You will lead cross-functional strategic initiatives at the Business Unit level, translating priorities into structured execution with measurable impact. The role sits at the intersection of business, data, and operations, offering executive exposure and opportunities to influence performance, alignment, and transformation. You collaborate with senior leadership and multiple functions to drive data-informed decisions and program delivery within a global technology company. Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate cross-functional strategic initiatives at the Business Unit level with defined governance, timelines, and milestones
Prepare executive reporting and support senior leadership in decision‑making processes
Act as project lead for BI and analytics initiatives, translating business needs into actionable use cases
Facilitate prioritization and roadmap alignment across stakeholders
Monitor adoption and business impact of implemented solutions
Serve as BU focal point for sales performance and operational effectiveness initiatives, coordinating with Central Teams
Align and harmonize sales incentive and performance management frameworks
Support change and transformation initiatives across functions with stakeholder alignment and smooth execution
Qualifications
4+ years in Strategy, Consulting, Project Management, or Business Transformation
Experience in cross‑functional and matrix organizations in a multi‑country environment
Exposure to data/analytics‑driven initiatives is a strong plus
Strong analytical and structured problem‑solving capabilities
Excellent stakeholder management across all organizational levels
Proven ability to manage stakeholders in a complex international environment
Ability to translate complex or technical topics into clear business language
Strong project governance and prioritization skills
High autonomy, ownership, and accountability
