Reacta Group is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to join our growing team and support the operational management of international supply chain activities related to nutraceutical, functional food, pharmaceutical and pet food ingredients and raw materials.

 

The role focuses on the management of supplier orders, stock monitoring and daily coordination with suppliers and internal departments within a dynamic international environment. The selected candidate will work closely with Procurement, Sales, Quality and Logistics teams, contributing to the efficiency and reliability of day-to-day supply chain activities.

 

Location: Gorla Minore (VA)

Main Responsabilities

  • Operational management of supplier orders and customer-related supply activities
  • Planning and monitoring of national and international shipments
  • Coordination with suppliers, including extra-EU suppliers, regarding: raw material availability, production lead times, technical and logistics documentation (COA, shipping and customs documents, certifications)
  • Management of import activities and interaction with freight forwarders and customs brokers
  • Monitoring supply chain KPIs, delivery timelines and operational criticalities
  • Support to commercial activities regarding feasibility, availability and lead times
  • Optimization of logistics flows and operational costs
  • Management of logistics claims and operational non-conformities

 

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or similar roles
  • Previous experience in raw material trading, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, food or chemical sectors is considered a strong advantage
  • Good knowledge of procurement processes, international logistics and customs procedures
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Fluent English
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities in dynamic environments

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing Asian or extra-EU suppliers
  • Knowledge of quality certifications and regulated environments (GMP, ISO, etc.)
  • Familiarity with ERP systems or supply chain management software
