Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead regional supply planning for the category, optimizing end-to-end supply chain performance and balancing demand with supply to protect service, inventory, and costs. You will connect local, regional, and global S&OP processes with production planning and scheduling teams, and act as the main contact for factories and co-manufacturers. You will drive short- and mid-term planning decisions, implement allocation and safety stock strategies, and monitor deployment metrics. This is a chance to shape supply outcomes across markets in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Lead regional supply planning activities (DRP/Deploy, MPS, RCCP) for the category and optimize end-to-end supply chain mid- to long-term
Create and execute DRP and Deployment plans aligning with S&OP decisions and prioritization rules
Manage SLA agreements and distribution planning parameters with local OCs (factories and commercial)
Review top demand deviations and coordinate supply priority decisions with OCs
Collaborate with other supply planners to share priorities and assess scenarios
Assess end-to-end allocation and mid/long-term prioritization using margins, financial impact, and customer segmentation
Serve as expert user of the O9 supply planning tool for the category
Monitor inventory and deployment planning metrics and reporting
Responsabilità
Degree in Business, Engineering, Econometrics, or related field
7/8 years of experience in Supply Planning and Demand requirements planning in FMCG
Experience with planning tools
Knowledge of O9
Experience with SAP4HANA and Power BI
ERP/Planning Tool implementation experience will be considered a plus
Stakeholder management
Proficiency in English
