Sustainability Manager – Food & Beverage Sector

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements in the Food & Beverage sector.
• Manage major accounts and complex projects.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships and identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal experts to ensure quality and consistency across delivery.
• Mentor junior colleagues and support their growth.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of work experience relevant to the role, with exposure to sustainability and/or consulting.
• Good understanding of key challenges in the Food & Beverage sector.
• Proven experience in project management.
• Solid knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience that equips you to guide companies to understand and design transformative and science-based strategy (Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, Economics...).
• Science-based mindset.
• Motivated for teamwork and can coach, teach and mentor team members with your knowledge and skills.
• Confident using generative AI tools, while maintaining a critical and thoughtful mindset.
• Communicate effectively in fluent Italian and English.
