Sustainability Manager – Food & Beverage Sector

Responsibilities

Lead client engagements in the Food & Beverage sector.

Manage major accounts and complex projects.

Cultivate strategic partnerships and identify new opportunities.

Collaborate with internal experts to ensure quality and consistency across delivery.

Mentor junior colleagues and support their growth.

Requirements

5–8+ years of work experience relevant to the role, with exposure to sustainability and/or consulting.

Good understanding of key challenges in the Food & Beverage sector.

Proven experience in project management.

Solid knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

Master’s degree or equivalent experience that equips you to guide companies to understand and design transformative and science-based strategy (Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, Economics...).

Science-based mindset.

Motivated for teamwork and can coach, teach and mentor team members with your knowledge and skills.

Confident using generative AI tools, while maintaining a critical and thoughtful mindset.

Communicate effectively in fluent Italian and English.
