Experteer Overview
As System Marketing Manager for Healthcare, you define and go-to-market silicon-based system solutions for healthcare applications. You own reference designs and PoCs to demonstrate NXP’s value to OEM partners, while managing global business responsibility for the healthcare segment. You bridge deep medical device know-how with commercial strategy and lead cross-functional teams from concept to demonstrator. You will shape strategy, execution, and collateral for executive audiences and key customers, enabling growth in a competitive market.

Define system reference designs and PoC requirements for priority healthcare applications (e.g., patient monitoring, CGM, infusion pumps, POCUS, surgical robotics)
Translate clinical and OEM use cases into technical specifications across MCU/MPU, analog front-end, connectivity, security, and AI compute
Lead cross-functional execution with systems engineering, applications, and design teams from concept through working demonstrator
Prepare program introduction materials (business case, technical brief, executive readout) to secure internal investment and resourcing
Define success criteria, BOM cost targets, and differentiation vs. competitive solutions (TI, ADI, onsemi, STM)
Own healthcare segment revenue, design-win pipeline, and SAM/forecast tracking across regions
Build and maintain relationships with global OEM partners and Tier-1 accounts
Coordinate regional sales and FAE teams to align global strategy with local execution
Track competitive landscape and market share movement; report against business KPIs
Develop technical articles, white papers, and benchmarking content for executive and customer-facing audiences
Support executive strategy decks, design-win playbooks, and roadmap communications
Represent NXP healthcare strategy in customer engagements, trade shows, and analyst briefings
Responsabilità
7+ years in semiconductor system marketing, applications engineering, or product management with healthcare/medical device exposure
Experience taking a reference design from definition through customer-facing launch
Strong grasp of regulatory context (IEC 60601, FDA) as it shapes system architecture decisions
Excellent written/verbal communication for senior executive and OEM partner audiences
Global travel availability
BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field; MBA a plus
