About the role
Join us as Talent Acquisition Specialist for Tech & Product to own how Lexroom hires the engineers and product people who build our legal AI. You'll report to our Talent Acquisition Manager as the first dedicated tech recruiter in the team, with direct impact on the 200+ hires we're making this year.
Your key responsibilities
- Own the full recruiting cycle for tech and product roles, from sourcing to offer and contract.
- Run both inbound pipelines and proactive sourcing on LinkedIn to fill hard-to-find technical roles.
- Partner with technical hiring managers and turn their needs into sharp, fast processes.
- Read your pipeline like a funnel: spot where conversion drops and act before roles stall.
- Help build our hiring playbook (sourcing, closing and offer standards) as the team scales.
What we're looking for
- 3 to 5 years in end-to-end recruiting, with a real focus on tech and/or product roles.
- Comfortable owning both inbound and proactive sourcing, with LinkedIn as your main tool.
- A track record of running many open roles in parallel without dropping quality.
- Strong stakeholder management with technical hiring managers and candidates.
- Fluent English and Italian. Other European languages are a plus as we expand.
Compensation
- Annual salary: €32,000 to €43,000 gross
- Performance bonus: up to 15% of your base salary
