Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end management of international carrier technical approval, providing professional technical support for the company's products;
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Project, R&D, and Quality teams to ensure on-time project delivery, with the ability to negotiate technical exemptions;
Assist Sales, GTM, and OBD departments in product commercialization and market launch;
Organize and lead technical exchanges, material preparation, and presentations with international carriers;
Analyze, break down, and maintain the requirements database, ensuring it is kept up to date;
Identify and assess project risks, develop mitigation plans, and drive issues to closure;
Manage regional technical support and track task completion;
Develop and align internal and external processes; conduct data analysis.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above in Communications, Software Engineering, Project Management, or related fields; overseas work experience preferred;
5+ years of experience in the mobile phone industry, with knowledge of wireless communication protocols and experience in modem development or hardware RF engineering;
Familiarity with the technical approval standards of at least one major Tier-1 carrier, with in-depth understanding of the technical requirements and processes involved in the approval process;
Willing to travel or be assigned overseas as required by the company, with the ability to work independently;5. Project management experience and data analysis skills;
Self-motivated with clear logical thinking;
Language: English as a working language; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
