Technical Account Manager – Cyber Security

Responsibilities
Acquiring the necessary certifications and Network and Storage-based solutions in our Vendor Portfolio to continue developing necessary skills.
Support the internal departments and then delivering technical presentations, demos, PoC (Proof of concepts) implementations, conducting trainings and webinars and providing technical advice and support for customers.
Participate in technology fairs and events.
Support the business teams in the development, construction of offers to the clients and answering different technical questions on assigned solutions.
Obtain technical certifications and expand practical skills for different Vendors.
Training sessions, webinars, product demos, PoCs.
Customer visits (virtual and onsite) by Vendor competence with sales colleagues.
Work on a defined list of customers to enable or develop according to the Business Unit needs.
Continuously be trained on the latest technologies.
Manage Customer support cases by using the ticketing system.
Qualifications
Customer orientation with a sense of innovation and technology. Experience on Network and Storage Vendors.
Experience in IT technology especially in Network and Cyber Security.
F5 Networks' products and services knowledge as a plus.
Experience in technical presentations, demos, PoC implementations.
Experience in running training courses and webinars.
Experience in relation with technical stakeholders and in channel business.
A real and innate passion to learn new technologies, a strong attitude for new challenges, be the best in what you learn.
Technical IT high school or technical degree in Computer science.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to identify and resolve partner issues with excelling at prioritization of the workload.
Business fluency in Italian and English.
Travelling is not a problem.
