In this role you drive due diligence and feasibility analyses for real estate, combining document review with site visits to verify conditions, costs, and compliance. You serve as a reference point for clients and colleagues within a dynamic, international team, enabling professional growth and delivering robust assessment outputs. You work across development stages, from tenancy analyses to contract and construction verification, shaping project decisions. Retribuzione / Benefits
Document analysis of authorization, cadastral, urban planning and building documentation
Site visits to verify property condition, identify defects, and estimate capital expenditure
Analyze maintenance status and tenancy/lease contracts
Support client negotiations and draft purchase agreements with legal, tax and environmental advisors
Prepare checklists and Q&A for due diligence
Assess real estate development progress and project quality/timelines
Analyze construction contracts and incurred costs
Verify SALs (Stato Avanzamento Lavori) and certify work progress with cash flow updates
Responsabilità
3-5 years of due diligence experience in real estate or technical studios
Bachelor and Master degree, preferably in Architecture or Civil Engineering
Excellent Italian and English proficiency (B2/C1)
Strong analytical and synthesis skills
Strong relationship-building and teamwork attitude
Goal-oriented mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of AutoCAD (Autocad) drawing software
Availability to travel domestically and internationally

Discretionary annual bonus

Salary range 30,000 - 39,400 (paid monthly)
