Experteer Overview

In this role you support customers on their digital transformation journey using the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform and CATIA to optimize engineering and manufacturing processes. You act as a trusted technical advisor, showcasing value through CAD/PLM data management and product development workflows. You will craft demonstrations and models to address customer challenges and collaborate across sales, industry teams, and partners. This position offers international exposure and meaningful impact on customer processes and business growth.

• Advise customers on technical possibilities and transformation opportunities related to Engineering processes using CATIA and 3DEXPERIENCE
• Demonstrate Dassault Systèmes solutions focusing on CAD design processes, CAD/BOM data management, and product development workflows
• Explain how engineering data is created, managed, and reused across the product lifecycle and its connection to PLM processes
• Define and present technical demos, prototypes, and business process models to address customer challenges
• Act as trusted consultant to guide customers in improving engineering processes
• Collaborate with Dassault Systemes sales, industry teams and technical experts to build compelling proposals
• Collaborate with partners and CSI to jointly engage with customers
• Transfer CAD-related processes across internal teams (e.g., SIMULIA, industry teams) to support integrated solutions
• Support both pre-sales activities (demos, workshops, technical discussions) and post-sales initiatives (training, knowledge transfer, adoption)
• Develop expertise on new Dassault Systèmes solutions and share knowledge internally and with partners

Responsabilità

• Master's degree in a relevant technical field
• Minimum 5 years in a technical role within Automotive, Aerospace & Defense, Industrial Equipment or related industries
• Strong expertise in CATIA V5 Mechanical Design or CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE (mandatory)
• Solid understanding of CAD processes, engineering data management and product development workflows
• Knowledge of CATIA verticals like Composite or Electrical is a plus
• Experience with PLM concepts and how engineering data connects to manufacturing processes
• Experience in technical consulting, solution consulting, pre-sales engineering or customer-facing roles is preferred
• Ability to create technical demonstrations and explain complex engineering processes clearly
• Familiarity with scripting, macros or automation processes is a plus
• Experience in Transportation & Mobility, Aerospace & Defense or Industrial Equipment industries is advantageous
• Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken) mandatory
• Willingness to travel mainly across Northern Italy and occasionally abroad (~20%)
