Experteer Overview As Technical Design Manager in our European data centre team, you lead design and delivery of hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise projects, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams to meet client needs. You’ll drive technical excellence, risk mitigation, and strong stakeholder relations on high-profile, fast-paced assignments. This client-facing, hands‑on role offers career progression and global collaboration. Based in Milan with occasional travel to UK&I and European offices, you shape complex facilities and compliance-driven delivery. Retribuzione / Benefits Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary design teams (Architecture, Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Security, Fire Protection, ICT, BMS/EPMS) Oversee all project phases from site due diligence to construction documentation Ensure timely, high-quality design outputs aligned with client requirements and timelines Identify and mitigate risks early with innovative solutions Support commercial governance and risk mitigation with Project Managers/Directors Present to clients and stakeholders with clear, timely outputs Collaborate with local and international delivery teams for localization and permitting compliance Respond to client requirements promptly Responsabilità Master Degree in Engineering (Building, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, IT) 7+ years of experience in data centre design and/or project management Proven experience leading multi-disciplinary teams on complex data centre projects Strong understanding of permitting processes, building systems, regulations, and construction methodologies Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment Willingness to travel as required Requisiti fondamentali hybrid work meal vouchers health insurance gym memberships laptop and smartphone pension savings plan #J-18808-Ljbffr
