Descrizione:
In this role you will lead the Treasury Technology product area within Global Treasury Services, shaping the strategy and delivery for SAP-based and related platforms. You will partner with business and technology stakeholders to prioritize features, optimize processes, and manage the project portfolio. You’ll drive global initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee vendor relationships while mentoring team members. This is a chance to influence strategic treasury solutions at a multinational healthcare leader. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, scalable capabilities that improve total cost of ownership and automation.

Set and execute multi-generation product strategy for treasury platforms
Prioritize features by business value and manage the backlog with capacity planning
Oversee global treasury initiatives, funding, and alignment with business plans
Lead medium-to-large projects and coach team members
Maintain stakeholder communications and ensure service levels meet business expectations
Vendor management and ensuring compliance with J&J standards and IT policies
Master's degree in IT or Computer Science
5+ years experience with Treasury solutions (SAP, SWIFT)
1+ full cycle of S/4HANA implementation for Finance
2+ years people management experience
Experience with cloud-based applications (SaaS) and ITIL
Strong project management, SDLC understanding, and agile experience
Experience with Jira and Confluence
Ability to communicate with senior leaders and business partners
