Profile Middle East LLC is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Italian team based in Magenta (Milan). You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, targeting Oil & Gas, Energy, Power and Industrial sectors across Italy. Fluent Italian and good English are required, with 2–3 years in recruitment and a proven track record in technical staffing. You will build networks, interview candidates, and collaborate with Commercial and Operations teams to deliver projects.
