Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the construction of technical management/training/warranty and claim process and team building.
• Responsible for technical support and quality system and warranty system construction.
• Responsible for the formulation of KPI of technical quality team and service stations.
• Responsible for the implementation of technical quality business plan.
• Responsible for the formulation and implementation of training plans.
• Responsible for the setting up of the training classes.
• Responsible for KPI development of warranty team.
• Responsible for warranty business planning and warranty management of service stations and dealers.
• Undertake related tasks of the department.

Experience & Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Italian required.
• 6-10 years experience in the same position at an OEM or distributor for mainstream vehicle brands in the European market.
