Reporting directly to the Trade Marketing Manager, the Trade Marketing Officer will be primarily responsible for the following missions:
Monitor the implementation of the Group's Trade Marketing and promotional strategy with pharmacy groups and pharmaceutical purchasing centers
Analyze and build future product assortments with our clients
Organize and manage innovation reviews with clients
Organize and follow up on client trade shows
Manage client trade marketing budgets, including monitoring, execution, analysis and recommendations
Follow up on Trade plans with the sales force by developing Sell-Out tools (sales aids, order forms, merchandising planograms)
Ensure the execution of trade plans at the point of sale
Co-lead the Sell-Out Coach team during seminars and monthly business meetings (14 people)
Monitor individual performance with the Regional Manager once a month
Develop and follow up on the bonus system for the Sell-Out Coach team
Implement and execute listings via LGO databases
Supervise interns for operational missions
Qualifications
Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar role
Experience in the field as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, Sell-Out Coach or Training Expert would be a real asset
Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Knowledge of Sell-Out tools and commercial techniques
Italian and English proficiency required
Knowledge of French is a plus
