Michael PageReporting directly to the Trade Marketing Manager, the Trade Marketing Officer will be primarily responsible for the following missions:
Monitor the implementation of the Group's Trade Marketing and promotional strategy with pharmacy groups and pharmaceutical purchasing centersAnalyze and build future product assortments with our clientsOrganize and manage innovation reviews with clientsOrganize and follow up on client trade showsManage client trade marketing budgets, including monitoring, execution, analysis and recommendationsFollow up on Trade plans with the sales force by developing Sell-Out tools (sales aids, order forms, merchandising planograms)Ensure the execution of trade plans at the point of saleCo-lead the Sell-Out Coach team during seminars and monthly business meetings (14 people)Monitor individual performance with the Regional Manager once a monthDevelop and follow up on the bonus system for the Sell-Out Coach teamImplement and execute listings via LGO databasesSupervise interns for operational missions
Qualifications
Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar roleExperience in the field as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, Sell-Out Coach or Training Expert would be a real assetStrong command of Microsoft Office, especially ExcelKnowledge of Sell-Out tools and commercial techniquesItalian and English proficiency requiredKnowledge of French is a plus
