Job responsibilities
The Training Coordinator implements training programs for the Maison, in line with HQ guidelines, to ensure excellent customer service and to contribute to market share evolution. The chosen candidate develops training tools and measures the impact of training and coaching programs.
Design, implement and track training programs in line with HQ guidelines and adapt the strategy to retailer/people specific environment;
In coordination with the Retail Manager, the Training Manager is proactive in recommending specific trainings to improve the retail performance (both concerning soft & hard skills topics);
Adapt the training modules and be creative in inventing new ways to deliver training;
Leverage knowledge of competitor training and retail/consumer trends;
Deliver training programs with the appropriate modules and allocate team resources appropriately;
Implement ad hoc training paths for MFK retail staff (including masterclass, internal events and canvass);
Liaise with commercial and marketing teams to offer both an adapted expertise program as well as on-going novelty training;
Measure and monitor sell out team performance following training actions.
Qualifications
High level of competence in presentation, excellent communication skills
Customer oriented with a focus on sales KPIs
Advanced understanding of training methods and strong experience in training including delivery (experience within the cosmetic industry and/or retail would be a plus)
Personal affinity with brand and product
Agility to work in a complex environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
