Overview

Experteer Overview As Educational Manager, you will define and drive the regional Training & Education strategy to align with marketing and customer needs. You design scalable educational pathways that translate clinical priorities into measurable learning outcomes, advancing procedural adoption and field capability. You will lead hands-on training, manage budgets and timelines, and collaborate with faculty, KOLs, and training centers to ensure high-quality programs and governance. This role offers the chance to shape clinician capability across the region and directly impact adoption and engagement in Medtronic’s healthcare technology portfolio. Benefits

Define and execute the regional T&E strategy aligned with marketing objectives and customer needs Design structured educational pathways supporting procedural adoption and clinician progression Plan and deliver hands-on training programs while optimizing training capacity Identify capability gaps with field teams and translate them into scalable solutions Build relationships with faculty, KOLs, and training centers to ensure quality delivery and governance Lead educational program planning and execution, including clinical training, workshops, and blended learning Manage T&E budgets, timelines, and performance metrics with data-driven improvements Ensure all educational activities comply with internal policies, healthcare regulations, and quality standards Responsibilities

5+ years in Training & Education, professional or clinical education, sales enablement, or capability development in MedTech or healthcare Strong understanding of surgical procedures, clinical pathways, and hospital environment; product portfolio experience is a plus Proven ability to design and implement structured educational pathways and competency-based learning Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders in a matrix environment Experience with faculty, KOLs, training centers, and hospital stakeholders with governance and compliance knowledge Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills, with ability to translate strategy into execution Requirements
