This strategic role combines regional leadership with hands‑on operational expertise, shaping logistics strategies that balance cost optimization, service excellence, and sustainable growth. The successful candidate will serve as a key partner to global and regional stakeholders, leading network transformation and delivering measurable business impact.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership: Define and execute regional logistics and distribution strategies aligned with global governance and business st & Performance Management: Drive freight and distribution cost transparency through advanced dashboards, reporting, and analytics; identify optimization work Optimization: Lead continuous improvement projects across freight, distribution, and logistics networks to enhance efficiency and service levels.Partner Management: Manage and develop strategic relationships with 3 PL/4 PL providers, including performance management, KPI delivery, and contract negotiations.Process Excellence: Design and maintain logistics operating models, processes, SOPs, and standards including freight audit/pay and master data management.Systems Enablement: Support ERP, TMS, and related system development and standardization pliance & Safety: Ensure safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements are consistently met or exceeded.What This Role OffersRegional scope across multiple countries with significant autonomy in execution.Opportunity to influence global logistics initiatives while driving regional impact.Leadership of cross‑functional and external logistics resources without direct people management.Exposure to complex supply chain challenges in a chemical manufacturing llaborative work with global and regional supply chain leadership teams.Required Qualifications EducationBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing Management, or related field.Experience8-10 years of progressive experience in logistics and/or supply chain management.Senior‑level logistics experience, preferably in chemical or regulated manufacturing environments.Proven logistics procurement, contracting, and negotiation expertise.
