As Transportation Network Manager for Central and Eastern Europe, you will develop and execute transportation strategies aligning with the broader logistics objectives. You will manage carrier relationships, monitor service levels, and drive cost efficiency in a complex, international environment. You will act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to improve transportation processes. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives to raise service quality and cost performance. Monitor carrier performance and SLA adherence across all product categories Conduct deep-dive analyses and define corrective actions for underperformance Track and report transportation service, quality, and claims Serve as main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to improve transportation processes Ensure delivery performance aligns with customer expectations Own and manage the local transportation cost budget Perform cost analyses and identify optimization opportunities with the logistics sourcing team Drive continuous improvement and share best practices across the network Responsabilità

Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field 5–6 years of experience in transportation management or structured logistics environments Strong knowledge of Transportation and Logistics industry Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making Experience in omnichannel distribution models (Wholesale, Retail, E-commerce) is a strong plus Fluent in English; Polish is required Proficiency in MS Office tools Availability to travel for business purposes Requisiti fondamentali
