Position
We’re looking for a structured and proactive Treasury Manager to join our Treasury team, and reporting directly to the Head of Treasury.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring effective cash management, financial risk mitigation, and treasury operations in a dynamic and international environment.
What you’ll do
- Manage monthly cash flow reporting (short‑term, rolling forecast, and budget)
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting, including variance analysis vs actuals and budget
- Coordinate with Corporate Treasury to ensure alignment on processes and strategies
- Monitor and oversee payment activities and cash movements
- Support the development and implementation of financial risk mitigation strategies
- Contribute to the definition of F/X hedging frameworks
- Manage bank guarantees and related requests
- Build and maintain relationships with domestic and international banking partners
- Administer online banking platforms, including access and control management
- Support treasury projects, including TMS maintenance and integration of new entities
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics or related fields
- At least 5 years of experience in Treasury within international environments
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Familiarity with Treasury Management Systems
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across functions and geographies
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
Nice to have
- Experience in complex, multi‑entity or international organizations
- Exposure to treasury transformation or system implementation projects
- Knowledge of hedging instruments and financial risk management frameworks
Location
Hybrid remote and Milan Offices.
