Mindray UK is currently hiring a Warehouse Assistant to closely support the growth of our Italian business. You will work as primary contact person for warehouse employees with regards to all open picking lists.

Essential Job Functions

  • Print all picking lists generated by the Mindray Italy order processing team and divide them accordingly to the instructions.
  • Ensure all special requests for orders are handled properly, involving communication via email.
  • Handle administrative workload for cycle counts in the warehouse.
  • Ensure urgent orders are processed in a timely fashion according to internal procedures.
  • Handle stock check requests and escalations.
  • Assist with common administrative work in the warehouse.
  • Check the outbound orders via the SAP system and ensure they’re posted accordingly.
  • Book shipments with associated forwarders such as TNT, DHL, UPS, DB Schenker, BF Logistics and Bomi Group.
  • Handle communication with truck drivers looking to load/unload goods into the warehouse according to internal procedures.
  • Handle any SAP related issues occurring with picking lists and delivery notes.
  • Handle communication with responsible departments regarding required shipping documents like Commercial Invoices.
  • Place orders to local warehouse suppliers.
  • Handle internal stock transfers in SAP.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Preferably 5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Experience in the medical devices sector is a major plus.
  • Native or fluent in Italian and very good knowledge of English required.
  • SAP knowledge preferred but not mandatory.
  • A good telephone manner and communication skills.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Multi‑tasking.
  • Well organized and able to function independently with limited supervision.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • High level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Sense of urgency when handling issues.
  • Company oriented with excellent professionalism.
  • Strong computer literacy.
  • Strong prioritizing skills.
  • Able to perform under pressure.
