We are looking for a Brand & Marketing Consultant that will operate at the intersection of brand strategy, marketing, and project development. The role focuses on understanding client challenges, interpreting brand potential, and crafting tailored strategic projects that combine creative thinking with business impact. From the initial analysis of the client and market context to the development of concepts and the coordination of execution, the strategist leads initiatives that shape brand positioning, marketing direction, and growth opportunities.
A key dimension of the role is the ability to build strong relationships with client stakeholders, guide strategic conversations, and manage complex expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Success requires combining analytical thinking with communication skills, credibility, and the ability to navigate different perspectives while maintaining alignment on project objectives.
Responsibilities- Analyze client businesses, brand positioning, and market context to identify strategic opportunities.
- Interpret brand identity, product offering, and target audiences to develop meaningful brand and marketing strategies.
- Design tailor‑made strategic projects, from initial concept and strategic framework through to implementation and execution.
- Develop brand positioning, Brand DNA articulation, and Tone of Voice.
- Define integrated Brand, Marketing, and Media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the development of creative and communication concepts across marketing and media channels.
- Manage relationships with client teams, facilitating strategic discussions and ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
- Guide clients through complex decision‑making processes while maintaining clarity, direction, and project momentum.
- Coordinate external partners including creative agencies, media agencies, talents, and production teams.
- Define marketing investment priorities and support budgeting decisions.
- Structure and oversee project execution to ensure consistency between strategy and implementation.
- Prepare strategic presentations and communicate recommendations clearly and convincingly to senior client stakeholders.
- 7‑10 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing strategy, or brand management within the fashion, luxury, or lifestyle sectors.
- Strong ability to analyze brands and markets, interpret business challenges, and translate insights into strategic direction.
- Proven experience developing brand positioning and marketing strategies, ideally combining strategic thinking with creative sensibility.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and complex stakeholder dynamics.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly, influence discussions, and build trust with senior executives.
- Strategic mindset combined with strong organizational and execution skills.
- Strong cultural awareness and understanding of the fashion, luxury, and lifestyle industries.
- Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with presentation and creative tools is a plus.
