About the Role

As part of the Casa Division, the Wholesale Account Specialist will be responsible for managing commercial relationships and supporting the development of the European client portfolio. The role acts as a strategic touchpoint between clients and internal corporate functions, ensuring excellence in service, timely activation of new accounts, and strong commercial execution.

Main Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage new business opportunities within the European market.
  • Manage daily relationships with wholesale clients, ensuring continuous and effective communication.
  • Oversee the onboarding and activation of new partners.
  • Coordinate the full order process, from collection to delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Pricing, Legal, Operations, Customer Care, Finance, and Area Managers.
  • Support the execution of key commercial projects for the Casa Division.

Skills & Requirements

  • Previous experience in wholesale, account management, or sales roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross functionally and manage several stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with digital tools, CRM platforms, and MS Office.
  • Proficiency in English
