Job Description Summary
The Women’s Health Clinical Leader drives the execution of the clinical marketing strategy to strengthen market leadership and support commercial growth. This role defines and nurtures a high impact network of KOLs and reference sites, generates compelling clinical evidence, and empowers commercial teams with strong clinical expertise and tools. Operating with autonomy, the Clinical Leader aligns clinical insights with market trends, contributes to portfolio strategy, and supports optimized commercial execution across regions.
Roles and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and Lead the KOL & Reference Sites Strategy
Grow, structure, and manage relationships with regional Key Opinion Leaders.
Develop speakers, advocates, and clinical ambassadors to promote GEHC technologies at workshops, classrooms, congresses, academies, and customer events.
Drive content and clinical agenda for major events in the regions.
Generate and Leverage Clinical Evidence to Drive Differentiation
Lead clinical evidence generation initiatives with reference sites and partners, transforming insights into impactful value propositions.
Update and expand clinical case collections, white papers, and user evidence to support the sales force in communicating clinical and economic value.
Ensure alignment with product strategy and support competitive positioning.
Enable Regional Commercial Teams & Regional Clinical Education Team
Deliver clinical training and capability-building programs for PSSs, AMs, Channel Partners, Service O&U sales team to strengthen organizational clinical knowledge.
Provide expertise for pre sales discussions, tenders, clinical evaluations, and competitive intelligence.
Collaborate with clinical education team to execute alignment of clinical marketing strategy and amplify best practices.
Support Product Launches and One GEHC Clinical Alignment
Contribute to the launch of new products by creating clinical marketing tools, training materials, and clinical narratives.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers (Mammo, ABUS, US, MRI…) to ensure a unified clinical approach across the Breast Care portfolio.
Align clinical marketing initiatives with global and zone strategies.
Contribute to Marketing Strategy & Customer Success
Provide clinical input for marketing strategy development and campaign execution.
Support customer issue resolution (CSOs) through advanced clinical knowledge and cross functional collaboration.
Communicate complex clinical information to diverse audiences in a clear and impactful manner.
Required Qualifications
Advanced experience in marketing, clinical marketing, or related clinical domains.
Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously, influence without authority, and collaborate across international teams.
Desired Characteristics
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Proven analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Ability to plan, execute, and evaluate clinical and marketing programs effectively.
Experience working with clinicians, KOLs, or in a customer-facing clinical environment in Breast Care area is a strong asset.
