Experteer Overview

In this role you will drive people-focused transformation projects, shaping workforce strategies and change programs for clients. You join a multidisciplinary team to translate strategy into tangible people impact, including HR process design and AI-enabled ways of working. You will develop deliverables, support stakeholder engagement, and promote adoption of new capabilities across organizations. This role offers the opportunity to influence operating models and employee experience while working on high-impact transformation initiatives. • Support workforce and people transformation projects focusing on people strategy, organizational change, and employee experience
• Contribute to defining and implementing people strategy aligning business priorities, capabilities, and employee value proposition
• Assist in designing and managing engagement and change initiatives, including communication campaigns
• Collaborate on AI adoption initiatives within HR, promoting change enablement and integration into ways of working
• Contribute to development of transformation deliverables (presentations, toolkits, communication materials) and to coordination, reporting, and stakeholder engagement

Responsabilità

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in business or strategy consulting with a focus on workforce, organization, or change topics and involvement in transformation initiatives related to operating models and ways of working
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English (native or near-native preferred)
• Familiarity with social media and digital communication tools
• Creative mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with strong collaboration skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
