Experteer Overview In this role you will manage a portfolio of suppliers to ensure material availability and production continuity for Ferrari’s manufacturing operations. You will work across commodities and procurement models to stabilize material flow and optimize inventory. You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Quality and Purchasing to resolve supply issues and drive continuous improvement. This is a hands‑on position at Maranello with a focus on cross‑functional teamwork and supplier collaboration to support Ferrari’s high‑performance production. Retribuzione / Benefits Manage a portfolio of European and extra‑European suppliers across different supply models (open/closed orders, subcontracting, consignment) Monitor purchase orders, delivery schedules and supplier performance; expedite when needed Ensure material availability to support production plans and inventory alignment Oversee urgent transportation activities to maintain production continuity Collaborate with Engineering, Quality and Purchasing to resolve supply issues and reduce risk Develop and share long‑term forecasts with long‑lead‑time suppliers Maintain logistics master data and system parameters for effective planning and replenishment Support material receiving, spare parts requests and customs clearance for extra‑EU materials Contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes, inventory management and supplier collaboration Responsabilità Degree in Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain Management or related field Experience in Material Planning, Logistics, Supply Chain or Procurement in manufacturing Solid understanding of material planning, supplier management and inventory control Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Experience managing supply continuity with local and international suppliers Proactive, highly organized and able to manage priorities cross‑functionally Continuous improvement mindset; attention to detail; quick reaction to criticalities Knowledge of ERP systems (Infor LN, AS400) and MS Office; familiarity with Power BI and Power Automate Fluency in English Willingness to travel nationally and internationally Requisiti fondamentali Company sports & fitness facilities Company restaurant with seasonal menus Wellness programs for staff Scholarships School book refunds Summer camp scouting/family events #J-18808-Ljbffr
