Merchandising Assistant Intern - Senza Esperienza

We are looking for a Merchandising Assistant trainee to join our team in San Mauro Pascoli, Italy. The trainee will report directly to the Merchandising Manager and support day‑to‑day merchandising activities while gaining exposure to the industry.

• Support operations related to orders and restocking for direct boutiques and hybrid concessions.
• Manage special order and made‑to‑order items for direct boutiques.
• Assist in Sell‑in and Sell‑out analysis.
• Help analyse competitors and industry trends.
• Contribute to the development of collection plans.
• Support the creation of training manuals.

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the office suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to multitask.
• Dynamically proactive personality with excellent relational skills.
• Team‑player orientation with strong results focus and problem‑solving ability.
