Experteer Overview In this role you will act as the Voice of the Customer across the product lifecycle for the All Purpose Platform portfolio. You will bridge Product Management and Development, translating field needs into concrete specifications and guiding product strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability. You’ll work with cross‑functional teams to benchmark against rivals, define offerings, and support launches and market deployment. This position offers impact through shaping products that improve customer efficiency in agriculture and construction. Responsibilities Represent the Voice of Customer throughout product development by translating feedback into product requirements Identify gaps, customer needs, technologies, regulatory changes, and trends that influence future development Collaborate with Product Portfolio Management to align with the SPRP Lead competitive benchmarking and market intelligence activities Provide market insights to Product Management and Engineering Develop and maintain Product Profiles and measurable specifications (performance, reliability, costs, value) Define and maintain Product Offerings (PO) ensuring alignment with product architecture Support complexity reduction and modularity initiatives through analysis and regional actions Support feature planning, packaging, specification management, and lifecycle management Maintain documentation for internal and commercial use Work with Engineering, Platform Teams, Manufacturing, Quality, and Testing to support development Define build configurations for development, validation, and launches Participate in product reviews, clinics, benchmarking, and validation activities Provide technical and product expertise to regional teams, dealers, and marketing Support product launches, demonstrations, events, dealer training, and field activities Assist markets with configuration decisions and commercialisation activities Support development of product positioning and go‑to‑market materials Requirements 3-7 years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, Engineering, or Commercial Product Support Experience in Agricultural Equipment Industry and knowledge of tractor applications and related markets Experience with product development processes and cross‑functional teams Experience in competitive benchmarking and market analysis preferred Benefits Flexible work arrangements Savings & Retirement benefits Tuition reimbursement Parental leave Adoption assistance Fertility & Family building support #J-18808-Ljbffr
