Spare Parts Global Planner (Maternity Leave Cover)

Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven 3rd Party Spare Parts Demand and Procurement Planner to manage the full lifecycle of planning and purchasing for third-party spare parts inventory at our Medolla Distribution Center. The successful candidate will be a Supply Chain enthusiast responsible for optimizing inventory, ensuring timely fulfillment, and maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Execute monthly demand planning cycles.
• Generate and process daily purchase orders to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent shortages.
• Proactively manage and resolve daily customer and supplier back-orders.
• Perform ad hoc supplier management activities, including performance tracking and issue resolution.
• Support the finance team with ad hoc Accounts Payable follow-up related to purchase orders.
• Manage ad hoc code creations for new spare parts within the master data system.
• Provide day-to-day fulfillment prioritization and support to meet targets.

Qualifications and Systems

• Proven expertise as a Supply Chain Planning expert is preferred.
• System and Data proficiency is preferred, particularly with Microsoft Excel and JDE.
• Willingness to learn and utilize the Prophet Planning tool (training will be provided).
