Join us.Job Overview The Artwork Process Excellence Manager is a hybrid role at the heart of the Artwork Coordination team. On one hand, the role contributes directly to artwork project execution alongside the Artwork Coordinators. On the other hand, it owns the operational backbone of the function — processes, tools, data — ensuring the team works consistently and efficiently at scale. The balance between both dimensions fluctuates depending on portfolio load and priorities.The position is based in Monza (Italy), with regular travel to Paris (France).Key Responsibilities Artwork Project CoordinationCoordinate end-to-end release of packaging artworks in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, Supply Chain, Packaging, Manufacturing sites)Ensure timely delivery of artwork updates in full compliance with regulatory, quality, and branding requirementsManage artwork activities using digital workflow tools and documentation systemsGuarantee technical accuracy of packaging materials, including die-lines, barcodes, regulatory mentions, and print specificationsProcess Excellence & EnablementDesign and maintain artwork process standards, SOPs, and workflow guidelinesAct as functional administrator and super-user of Veeva Vault; drive adoption and continuous optimizationIdentify, pilot, and operationalize AI-powered tools for artwork operations (automated review, compliance checking, document analysis, process automation)Define and maintain the artwork KPI framework; build dashboards and deliver performance reports to the Head of ArtworkLead continuous improvement initiatives based on data analysis of bottlenecks and recurring issuesDevelop training materials and onboarding programs for Artwork Coordinators and other functionsRepresent the Artwork function in cross-functional working groups on tools and process governanceQualifications5–12 years of experience in artwork coordination, packaging operations, or operational excellence in pharma, consumer health, or cosmeticsSolid hands-on artwork coordination background, with proven experience in process design and standardizationAdvanced proficiency in Veeva Vault, ideally with configuration or admin experienceDemonstrated ability to evaluate and adopt AI-powered tools in operational workflowsAdvanced Excel skills (dashboards, pivot tables, data modeling); familiarity with project management toolsStrong analytical and communication skills; able to train peers and present to managementFluency in English and Italian required; French is a strong assetBachelor's or Master's degree in Packaging, Life Sciences, Project Management, or related field
