Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end release of packaging artworks in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, Supply Chain, Packaging, Manufacturing sites).
Ensure timely delivery of artwork updates in full compliance with regulatory, quality, and branding requirements.
Manage artwork activities using digital workflow tools and documentation systems.
Guarantee technical accuracy of packaging materials, including die-lines, barcodes, regulatory mentions, and print specifications.
Design and maintain artwork process standards, SOPs, and workflow guidelines.
Act as functional administrator and super-user of Veeva Vault; drive adoption and continuous optimization.
Identify, pilot, and operationalize AI-powered tools for artwork operations such as automated review, compliance checking, document analysis, and process automation.
Define and maintain the artwork KPI framework, build dashboards, and deliver performance reports to the Head of Artwork.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives based on data analysis of bottlenecks and recurring issues.
Develop training materials and onboarding programs for Artwork Coordinators and other functions.
Represent the Artwork function in cross-functional working groups on tools and process governance.

Demonstrated ability to evaluate and adopt AI‑powered tools in operational workflows.
Advanced Excel skills (dashboards, pivot tables, data modelling) and familiarity with project management tools.
