In this role, you will work on client projects within McKinsey’s Tech & AI practice in Milan, helping clients leverage technology to transform industries and performance. You will collaborate in small teams to gather data, test hypotheses, and craft actionable recommendations, then present and help implement them. Responsabilità
Participate actively in all phases of client projects within teams of 3–5 consultants
Gather and analyze information and formulate hypotheses
Develop and communicate actionable recommendations
Present results to client management and support implementation with client teams
Receive and engage in coaching, mentoring, and formal training over the first years
Work across industries and functions while aligning with the global firm
Collaborate with colleagues across McKinsey to deliver technology-enabled client outcomes
Requisiti fondamentali
Master degree required
4+ years of work experience in IT strategy consulting, digital transformation, application development, enterprise applications, IT architecture, IT infrastructure, e-commerce/e-business, multichannel strategy, or digital payments
Ability to work collaboratively in a team
Strong communication of complex ideas
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proven leadership in work or extracurricular activities
English and Italian proficiency
