Demand Planning SpecialistResponsibilitiesBuild and manage demand forecasting models by combining internal inputs and external market factors.Align stakeholders and improve forecast accuracy.Monitor performance versus plan, identifying variances and root causes.Act as the key link between supply chain and commercial functions at the European level.Develop and maintain forecasting models incorporating internal (e.g., new product launches, pricing actions & marketing campaigns) and external intelligence (e.g., market trends, macroeconomics).Coordinate the demand forecasting process and the contribution of all internal stakeholders, mainly Sales Area Managers, Business Development/Product Managers and Supply Chain.Develop projections and saturation analysis for middle-term actions.Contribute to the development of production forecast and logistic forecast.Develop a 12‑month rolling demand plan that serves as basis for the operating plan and financial projections.Improve forecasting practices, tools and forecast accuracy.Consolidate feedback, challenge inconsistencies, and aim for consensus over the demand forecast.Interact as the main commercial interface with supply chain, sharing priority updates weekly and engaging supply chain on exception management.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics or related field.Learning mindset and ability to quickly understand complex issues.Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.Excellent communication and networking skills, with ability to present findings clearly.Collaborative relational skills across different functions.Proactive drive, high energy and sense of responsibility.Ability to influence and impact decisions.Proficiency in IT tools, e.g., Excel and PowerPoint.Result‑orientation, pragmatism and customer‑centric approach.Proficiency in Italian and English.LocationCaponago, ItalyWe are committed to ensuring that every person feels connected, that their uniqueness is valued and celebrated and that everyone feels that they belong.
