Job Overview

The Digital Store E‑Commerce Junior Trader supports QVC Italy in managing the e‑Commerce strategy for assigned categories to deliver the sales plan across all digital platforms (Website & App).

Work Arrangement

This hybrid role requires presence at the Brugherio (MB) office several days per month.

Responsibilities

• Be accountable to achieve sales plans for assigned categories.
• Collaborate with the Merchandising team to build a calendar of promotions that support brand and product visibility for the assigned categories.
• Work with the On‑Site Optimization / Personalization / Programming team to plan and develop new sales and promotional approaches for the e‑commerce channels.
• React to business opportunities and challenges to maximize sales monitoring KPIs (Web Sales, sessions, CR, CTR…).
• Experiment with different offer types based on customer segments, maintaining competitive knowledge to drive innovation and best practices.
• Analyze and recap category sales and content online strategy in business meetings.
• Manage content resources for video, photography and online assets.

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in multichannel and e‑commerce businesses.
• Proficiency with Adobe Analytics, Tableau Reader and the Office Suite (including advanced Excel).
• Strong understanding of digital KPIs such as Web Sales, Sessions, Visits, CR, CTR, and Bounce Rate.
• Ability to manage and lead large‑scale projects across multiple business lines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork ability.
• Customer focus, time‑management and a professional positive attitude.
• Native Italian and fluent English.

Salary

IDI #LI‑DM1: €25,600.00 – €32,000.00
