Director Operations (m/f/d)

Discover your exciting role As Director Operations, you are accountable for the successful execution of construction projects and the effective allocation of resources across the business. You ensure projects are delivered in line with cost, schedule, quality, and contractual commitments, while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement. In this leadership role, you act as a key interface between executive management, project teams, and global stakeholders.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

Lead construction execution across assigned projects and ensure delivery of project margin targets

Develop and implement efficient construction execution plans (cost, schedule, resources)

Provide construction support for projects and proposals

Monitor and report project performance to senior management and executive stakeholders

Define and recommend project staffing and team structures

Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and contractual requirements

Drive continuous improvement, performance management, and team development

Show your expertise

Proven track record in successfully delivering complex construction projects

Strong leadership and people management skills

Solid expertise in construction and project management

Structured and strategic approach to operations and execution

Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Fluency in Italian and English (C1 Level)

Degree in Engineering, Construction, or related discipline preferred
