DT Business Analyst Commercial – Aftersales

What You Will Do
Digital Technology is accompanying the Aftersales department within Commercial team throughout a significant transformation, anticipating and translating their business requirements into evolved and innovative solutions for processes and systems. As the DT Business Analyst Commercial for Aftersales, you will work with the relevant DT Business Partner and business stakeholders, serving also as project manager in implementing all the agreed changes and improvements in existing and future applications. You will promote business efficiency analysis and propose digitisation projects. You will coordinate and coach all business stakeholders and liaise with other DT team members, in order to complete all the phases of the digital transformation in a timely, cost‑effective and flawless manner, always ensuring continuous operations and best quality outcomes.
In This Role You Will Be Responsible For
Collecting and analysing Business Requirements.
Supporting users in formalising requirements, addressing solutions and designing the processes from DT point of view.
Managing and leading specific tasks or streams within a project, by collecting requirements, identifying phases and elements, monitoring task/stream progress of each activity, training and production operations day‑by‑day support.
Supporting users in project activities as well as in testing new functionalities and enhancements.
Interacting with other areas of DT to successfully deliver a range of solutions.
Interacting with 3rd parties/suppliers, validating the proposed solutions and monitoring the activities planning, costs associated and the due dates.
What You Need To Succeed
Must have
Proven application experience or knowledge of main aftersales processes, preferred within home appliance industry.
Basic know‑how on supply chain E2E process in Sales and reverse logistic.
Knowledge of pricing model in B2B/B2C channel.
Education
Degree in Management Engineering or Information Technology
Professional experience
Sound professional experience (minimum 4/5 years) in a similar position in multinational companies or in consulting companies; preferably in sectors with high industrial complexity and with advanced and articulated information technology environment.
Language
Fluent Italian & English required.
Soft & Technical Skills
Ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritise requests.
Creative and analytical thinker with good problem‑solving skills.
Ease at establishing interpersonal relationships and communication skills.
Self‑starting attitude.
Comfortable working in small and large teams.
Flexibility to adjust priorities when business needs change.
Proven experience on front‑end usage/implementation like CRM (preferred Salesforce), B2B, B2C portals or also in general custom applications.
Basic know‑how on SAP module usage and/or implementation like SD, MM, with understanding of main pillars for integration with FI‑CO (the latter is a nice to have).
Good project management skills and knowledge of Agile methodologies.

Willing to travel both domestic and international according to project needs.

Minimum Gross Annual Salary
€ 50.000.
The position includes access to an
individual or collective variable incentive scheme
based on the achievement of predefined performance objectives (KPIs); alternatively, any additional variable compensation components or benefits will be governed by the applicable company policies.
