Explore your tasks and responsibilities

  • Coordinate and collaborate with clients, design teams, and subcontractors
  • Optimize space utilization with a strong attention to detail
  • Maintain and update Space Management Guidelines
  • Develop, manage, and enforce coordinated composite layouts and sections
  • Collaborate with designers and CAD specialists to develop space management drawings
  • Plan, manage, and review clash detection reports using BIM tools
  • Work with design teams and trades to resolve clashes effectively
  • Organize and lead regular coordination meetings with stakeholders
  • Review RFIs and submittals
  • Support design and site teams to ensure timely project delivery
  • Align design changes in coordination with BIM teams
  • Ensure installations are executed according to design specifications
  • Conduct site walks to verify installations and as-built conditions
  • Support local engineering teams as a coordinator for industrial trades
  • Monitor project execution to ensure compliance with defined strategies, standards, and processes
  • Coordinate technical building services (TGA/MEP) across construction and design
  • Define routing rules for various trades
  • Develop standard solutions such as pipe racks or media bridges
  • Perform planning and coordination using Revit

Show your expertise

  • Degree or qualification as technician or engineer in Building Services Engineering (TGA/MEP) or a related field
  • Experience in space management, coordination, or BIM-based planning
  • Solid knowledge of TGA systems (e.g., HVAC, piping, and electrical systems)
  • Experience with tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM Track, and Bluebeam
  • Knowledge of liNear or Solar Computer (for duct and pipe network calculations) is an advantage
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Good command of English; German is a plus
  • Strong coordination, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Structured and detail-oriented working approach

The salary range for this position is between € 53'800 and € 59'600 gross per year (full-time). The exact salary will be determined within this range based on objective and transparent criteria, including role scope, qualifications, and relevant professional experience.
