As an Engineering Project Manager, you will steer complex cross‑functional engineering efforts to advance mRNA process development, scale‑up, and GMP manufacturing readiness. You will coordinate Engineering, Process Development, Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, Supply Chain, Automation, and external partners to deliver compliant, on‑time outcomes. You will own strategy, timelines, budgets, risks, and governance while advancing technology transfer from development to GMP sites. This role offers visible impact on scalable biologics/drug‑product processes in a highly regulated environment. You will lead with pragmatic problem‑solving and mentor others, driving continuous improvement.

Lead multi‑disciplinary projects spanning mRNA process development, scale‑up, tech transfer, and GMP readiness
Coordinate cross‑functional teams across Engineering, Process Development, Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, Supply Chain, Automation, and external partners
Define and manage project strategy, scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation
Drive decision‑making, manage dependencies, and resolve cross‑functional delivery issues
Oversee activities related to equipment, facilities, automation, and process optimization
Lead technology transfer activities from development to GMP manufacturing sites
Ensure GMP, EHS, and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle
Prepare governance updates, executive summaries, and risk assessments
Mentor junior project managers or technical staff
Contribute to continuous improvement of project management and engineering execution
Responsabilità
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field
Extensive experience managing complex engineering projects in pharma/biotech/advanced therapies
Strong understanding of mRNA technologies, biologics manufacturing, or similar drug processes
Proven track record in GMP‑regulated environments
Ability to lead cross‑functional teams with autonomy and accountability
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and decision‑making skills
