Lawyer / Senior Lawyer - Employment - Dla Piper

In this role you will support senior associates and partners in advising national and international clients on a broad range of employment matters. You will handle general and strategic advice, contentious issues, and management of trade union relations, including social security law. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating employment agreements and related commercial contracts, and managing complex and routine cases such as compliance, internal investigations, and disciplinary matters. You will contribute to a high level of client service from Milan within a leading Employment team. This position offers the chance to shape employment strategy for prominent clients and work across跨 Managing and advising on strategic employment law risks and issues Drafting, advising on and negotiating employment contracts, settlement agreements, and related commercial agreements involving employment matters Handling complex and routine employment cases including compliance, internal investigations, and disciplinary matters Overseeing relationships with trade unions Advising on social security law 3–4 PQE in employment law (estimated) Solid background in employment and labour law Commitment to high-level client service Ability to manage competing priorities and a varied workload strong communication client service orientation time management drafting and negotiating employment contracts settlement agreements
