In this role you will help design and build next‑gen optical communication products, spanning systems, subsystems, and photonic components. You will lead end‑to‑end design efforts, review processes, and collaborate with hardware and software teams to bring solutions from concept to field deployment. You’ll optimize performance, validate algorithms for link optimization, and resolve technical issues to support product releases.
