Pharmaceutical cip/cop technical coordinator

The Pharmaceutical CIP/COP Technical Coordinator role provides scientific administration support to the technical field service team serving Life Sciences customers. This fixed‑term, 9‑month maternity leave cover position will be based in Europe, in any of our Ecolab offices. Main ResponsibilitiesInterpret and explain scientific and technical information gathered from the field service team. Review and contribute to technical reports, assessments, and documentation. Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline such as Chemistry, Biology (or Biochemistry), Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, or an equivalent life‑science field. Fluent in English. Ability to understand, interpret, and explain scientific and technical information. Comfortable reviewing and contributing to technical reports, assessments, and documentation. Basic understanding of laboratory or manufacturing environments. Basic understanding of analytical concepts (e.g., residues, limits, methods) at a conceptual level. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with data, calculations, and written justifications. Preferred QualificationsSolid academic exposure to scientific writing, data interpretation, and structured reporting. Ability to travel up to 20% of the time within Europe.
