Your mission
As a Quality Inspector, you will maintain quality standards by approving incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products; recording quality results.
Key Responsabilities:
Perform inspections of purchased parts, subassemblies or finished company products according to well defined criteria using standard physical, mechanical and/or electrical measurements;
Coordinate rework and/or reject subassemblies and/or finished products as required.
Document accurately the results of the inspections and testing
Record and Manage non-conformities on components
Store supplies documentation
Manage measuring instruments to ensure proper operation and calibration: knowledge and proficiency in the use of measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, surface roughness testers); experience in measuring precision mechanical components (shafts, flanges, gears, etc.) and knowledge of surface defects related to main welding processes and surface treatments (painting, galvanizing)
Cooperate in writing and updating inspection procedures, protocol and checklists
Evaluate problems and make initial recommendations for possible corrective action to supervise
Cooperate with production and Quality Assurance to provide feedback to assemblers regarding accuracy of assembly pro
What we are looking for:
School diploma in technical field required
Previous experience in the same position required
Experience with measuring devices and other measuring instruments and suppliers
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, CAD, Solidworks
Reading of technical drawings
Communication skills
Problem solving skills
Attention to details
Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Annual Salary: €32.00 - 36.000, depending on experience and qualifications.
