Regional Account Manager Public Local Government Northern Italy

Overview In this role you drive revenue for public sector accounts in Northern Italy, focusing on early-stage to enterprise deployments of our Next Generation Security Platform. You collaborate with internal teams and partners to navigate complex sales cycles and win share from competitors. You’ll benefit from a structured onboarding program (FLIGHT) to become a high-impact seller in a mission-driven, innovative culture. You help customers build secure, zero-trust architectures at scale.

Responsabilità

Lead and orchestrate complex sales cycles across public local government accounts Develop and execute strategic territory plans to drive enterprise deployments Build long-lasting relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors Position Palo Alto Networks effectively against competitors based on customer needs Drive demand generation and expand the territory through programmatic outreach Leverage customer stories to deliver a compelling value proposition per account Stay informed on industry trends and how they affect product strategy Travel within territory and to company-wide meetings as needed

Requisiti fondamentali

Experience with SaaS architectures in networking/security Experience in Public Local Government market Familiarity with Public Administration purchasing processes (tenders, framework agreements) Ability to manage all sales cycle stages (qualify, develop, close) and close white-space opportunities Proven track record selling complex solutions Strong time management and autonomous work style Highly competitive and adaptable with a history of exceeding goals Active security clearance Based in Veneto (Padua, Verona, Venice) or willing to travel within territory Consultative selling Relationship building with executive sponsors Autonomy and self-direction High adaptability and goal orientation SaaS-based architectures in networking/security Knowledge of Next Generation Security Platform and zero-trust concepts
