In this role you support the First Stop Network across the assigned area, acting as the primary consultant to Partners to boost efficiency and profitability. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to grow the network, recruit and onboard new Partners, and drive store improvements. You will analyse performance data, define development plans, and coordinate with marketing, procurement and sales teams to unlock revenue opportunities. This role offers impactful work at network scale within a global automotive retail context. Retribuzione / Benefits

Identify and recruit high‑quality tyre and non‑tyre prospects to support strategy and coverage, onboard and develop Partners, and share business insights with dealers Drive network expansion and farming to ensure growth and sustained quality across the First Stop Network Boost POS sales and revenues, scout opportunities, and manage dealer support; organise local supplier meetings and present commercial terms Set partner targets aligned with retailer potential and monitor results; develop and implement Store Improvement Plans leveraging network assets Collaborate with Fleet, Bridgestone and supplier teams to source new revenue opportunities and partners; analyse purchase performance and ensure rapid follow‑up Plan dealer visits, report market information to Central Team, and maintain regular touchpoints with suppliers to stay aligned Communicate marketing activities, projects, and the value generated for dealers and network opportunities Responsabilità

Minimum 5 years in Retail, Business Development, Key Account, Sales/After Sales Experience in a complex, international and/or matrix sales environment Knowledge of B2B, automotive and tyre business; after sales and spare parts is a plus Strong analytical abilities to assess data, trends and metrics Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders Negotiation skills for favourable partner terms IT literacy with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and familiarity with social media Languages: Italian native; English intermediate mandatory Willingness to travel at least 70% and work autonomously Requisiti fondamentali
