Define and execute strategies for long‑term growth and stronger customer partnerships
Lead, coach and develop a diverse sales team to meet bookings and growth targets

Responsabilità
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business management, or related field
Minimum 10 years of sales leadership experience with a track record of developing people and delivering performance
Proven ability to implement structured sales management practices (pipeline, forecasting, performance analysis)
Experience across energy, power, refining, life sciences, chemicals, or similar complex settings
Ability to lead transformation initiatives and adopt digital tools to improve productivity and customer outcomes
Strong relationship‑building skills for long‑term customer partnerships
Experience working in a matrix environment with cross‑functional alignment
Ability to navigate change, prioritize effectively, and operate in a dynamic business environment
Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
