In this role you will lead a global reliability program to boost asset performance and reduce lifecycle costs across sites. You will guide site Reliability Engineers, align maintenance strategies under a common framework, and drive scalable, sustainable improvements. You’ll partner with Engineering, Operations, Quality and Sustainability to balance uptime with environmental goals. This is an opportunity to shape reliability strategy in a matrix, multinational environment and deliver measurable impact on safety and efficiency. You will influence capital planning and master planning while advancing sustainability goals.

  • Lead development and deployment of a standardized reliability program across multiple manufacturing sites
  • Provide technical leadership to site Reliability Engineers and align with a common reliability framework
  • Guide site maintenance master planning and ensure alignment with long-term asset lifecycle and capital plans
  • Integrate environmental sustainability into reliability strategies, optimizing utilities and reducing emissions, water use, and waste
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Quality and Sustainability teams to deliver scalable solutions
  • Plan, coordinate and deploy global initiatives with strong project management discipline
  • Drive reliability performance improvements and minimize operational risk

Responsabilità

  • Advanced degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree plus 8 years in reliability engineering, maintenance or asset management in manufacturing
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in a matrixed organization
  • Experience deploying reliability engineering or asset management programs across multiple sites
  • Experience aligning maintenance strategies with asset lifecycle and capital plans
  • Strong project management experience with global stakeholders
  • Experience with RCM, asset criticality, and preventive/predictive maintenance
  • Experience supporting environmental sustainability initiatives (utility optimization, energy reduction, water and waste management)
  • Strong business acumen with ability to analyze metrics and drive improvements
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (PPI, Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office and CMMS/SAP/Maximo/Blue Mountain or similar platforms
  • Ability to work across multiple sites and travel 30–50% globally
  • Valid passport for international travel
  • Preferred: CRE, Six Sigma or Lean certification; experience in regulated industries; MBA or advanced engineering degree
